Réjean Roy grew up in Petit-Rocher and studied biology and fine arts in Quebec and at Université de Moncton. After a decade working in the Gaspé Peninsula, he returned to northern New Brunswick where he explores the environment and nature in painting. He is also an accomplished illustrator.
